Clean Energy Partnership for Africa (CEPA) Limited is an innovative agricultural and energy company that empowers farmers and cooperatives in the Lango sub-region through integrated solutions. Our multifaceted approach combines specialized advisory services, innovative technology, and targeted market access initiatives to foster climate-smart agricultural practices, enhance post-harvest value, and promote productive energy applications., CEPA supports a network of farmer cooperatives and smallholder farmers in Northern Uganda. Market linkages and offtake

CEPA facilitates secure and sustainable market access for farmers, guaranteeing a stable and profitable outlet for their produce. Through our off-take program, we purchase crops at competitive prices, prioritizing high-demand varieties such as chili, sweet melon, okra, tomatoes, and eggplant. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive support across the entire value chain, ensuring meticulous quality control, efficient logistics, and a seamless transition from farm to market. By streamlining the supply chain and minimizing risks, we empower farmers to focus on what they do best-growing high-quality crops.

Agricultural Mechanisation

CEPA provides comprehensive mechanization services to cooperatives and smallholder farmers in Northern Uganda, enhancing their access to specialized farm machinery. Our extensive range of equipment supports all stages of the agricultural cycle, from bush clearing and land preparation to planting, weeding, spraying, irrigation, harvesting, drying, cleaning, packaging, branding, and storage. Through our innovative, private sector-led model, we operate a network of strategically located service and collection centers, ensuring that our services are readily accessible to farmers, thereby reducing logistical challenges and increasing efficiency.

Climate Smart Agriculture & GAP Advisory

Recognizing the critical challenges posed by climate variability, sub optimal inputs, and limited processing capacity, CEPA delivers expert advisory services designed to elevate production standards and quality for export-grade commodities.
Our team of seasoned agronomists provides comprehensive support to clients throughout the entire production cycle, from planting to harvesting. By leveraging and harnessing our expertise, farmers can significantly enhance their yields, quality, and, ultimately, their business and household incomes. .

Productive Uses of Energy EPC

We offer advisory, design, sourcing, installation and maintenance of key productive technologies for enahcend producitbely and value additon such as solar powered irrigation, cold storage solutions, incubators and agro processing machinery including oil presses, dryers, grain mills among others.

Off Grid Energy

We supply and install off grid energy technology particularly solar power systems and their accessories. CEPA is also involved in the development of off grid power generation focussing on solar and solar - biomass hybrid micro and mini grids.

Clean Cooking

We provide clean cooking equipment including bioenergy and electricity technologies. These include biomass gasifier stoves and pellets, ethanol fueled cookstoves, solar cookers, and electric pressure cookers.
